You fill out the intake form & pay the deposit. From there you can usually book a consult within 1-2 business days. After the consult your meds ship directly to your door.
You send in the refill form. A provider reviews it within 24 hrs, then we text you to ask your units & how you want it, pickup or delivery.
If it has been more than 8 months since your last consult, fill out the new patient intake form. It asks a few extra questions we need after that long away. You still get returning patient pricing, not new patient pricing. If your last consult was more than a year ago, you also need a new consult before we can send more meds.
$100 for every consult. It is not an extra fee, it goes toward the price of your meds.
You have 3 options. Draw them at our office, about $120 for the first draw & about $90 for follow-ups, use your insurance at Sonora Quest, or bring hormone labs from the last 3 months.
Yes. Hormone care & TRT are Arizona only. Testosterone ships free to your door in Arizona.
