FAQs
Do you take insurance?
No, we are self-pay only. We accept CareCredit, HSA, FSA & Afterpay. There are no memberships, no contracts, no surprise billing & no refill fees.
Do I pay anything to book a consult?
Yes, a $100 deposit is required to book any consult. It is not an extra fee. It goes toward the price of your meds. Online Mental Health Essentials is $100 per consult, & that is the price of the consult itself, not a deposit.
Which states can you treat me in?
Weight loss & mental health: Arizona & Utah. Hormone therapy, including testosterone: Arizona only.
How fast can I be seen?
For weight loss & hormones, once your intake form & deposit are in, you can usually book a consult within 1-2 business days. After a weight loss consult, your meds are ready for pickup within 1-2 more business days. Mental health is often the same day, & if not, the next business day.
How do I get my medication?
It depends on the med. GLP-1 vials ship free to Arizona & Utah straight from the compounding pharmacy, or you can pick them up at the Mesa clinic. Prefilled syringes never ship. Testosterone ships free to your door in Arizona. Estrogen & progesterone are called in to your local pharmacy, or picked up at our office.
Where are you, & do I need an appointment?
We are at 4824 E Baseline Rd #135 in Mesa, at Higley & Baseline, open Mon-Thurs 9am to 6pm & closed Fri-Sun. The first bookable appointment of the day is 10am. Our remote nurse practitioners may still take telehealth consults on Fridays. Walk-ins are not turned away, but a walk-in is a retail pickup like B12, not an appointment.
Do you offer a military or first responder discount?
Yes. Military, veterans & first responders (police officers, firefighters, paramedics & nurses) get 10% off. Show your ID at pickup. The discount does not extend to spouses or family members.
