Combat Medic Wellness was built because we saw a gap in the market: patients who were being rushed through appointments, handed generic protocols, and left without real answers. We knew there was a better way.
Founders Joseph & Nicole Manchak combined Joseph’s background in emergency care & community service with Nicole’s 20+ years of ICU & ER nursing expertise, and a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from ASU, to create a clinic where precision & personalization aren’t extras. They’re the standard.
Every treatment plan we build is based on your labs, your symptoms, and your goals. We don’t do one-size-fits-all. We do what actually works, for you.

Combat Medic Wellness was built by people who’ve seen what real care looks like, and refused to settle for less. Every treatment, every plan, every patient is personal.
Joseph founded Combat Medic Wellness with a clear vision: a clinic that treats patients like people, not appointments. His background in emergency care & community service gave him a deep respect for what quality healthcare actually looks like, and a drive to deliver it at every visit.
With over 20 years in ICU & emergency nursing & a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from ASU, Nicole brings an exceptional depth of clinical expertise to Combat Medic Wellness. As Chief Medical Officer, she oversees all patient care & specializes in weight loss management, hormone optimization, and evidence-based wellness protocols.
A skilled & compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner, Alyssa brings evidence-based care & genuine warmth to every patient interaction. She specializes in personalized treatment plans across CMW’s full range of wellness services, from GLP-1 weight loss therapy to hormone optimization, and is known for making patients feel heard & supported throughout their wellness journey.
