If you need to increase your dose every 4 weeks, the 4 PFS is the better deal.
If you can stay at the same dose for all 10 weeks & still see weight loss the entire time, the vial is the better deal.
For Example:
A 400-unit vial of Tirzepatide is $535.
$535 ÷ 10 weeks = $214 per month equivalent
But if you need to increase from 40 to 60 units in week 5 to keep appetite-suppression levels up, the vial will only last 8 weeks.
$535 ÷ 8 weeks = $268/month equivalent
4 PFS at 40 units each = $219.
4 PFS at 60 units each = $249
$219 + $249 = $468 for 8 weeks of meds, with you increasing as needed vs

A vial lasts 10-11 weeks at the weekly dose listed under it. If you increase your dose part way through, the vial runs out sooner.

Yes, it can. Each strength has its price listed above. For Tirzepatide, 4 pre-filled syringes at 40 units each are $219, & at 60 units each they are $249.
Is the $100 deposit an extra charge on top of these prices?
No. The $100 booking deposit for your consult goes toward the price of your meds. These prices are self-pay, with no memberships, no contracts, no doctor consult fees & no refill fees. We accept CareCredit, HSA, FSA & Afterpay.
Do these prices include getting the meds to me?
GLP-1 vials ship free anywhere in Arizona & Utah, up to 7 business days, in an insulated & chilled box with all supplies. Pre-filled syringes do not ship. You pick those up in Mesa, or use next business day delivery, generally ~$15-$35 by distance.
How do I buy at these prices?
Every one of these is a prescription, so it starts with a consult. Fill out the intake form & pay the $100 deposit, then you can usually book a consult with one of our providers within 1-2 business days. After the consult, your meds are ready for pickup within 1-2 more business days.
