HOW LONG UNTIL THE MEDS ARRIVE?
Delivery can take up to 7 BUSINESS days to arrive.
*7 business days is NOT the SAME as 7 calendar days*
Orders are shipped once the following 4 steps are completed:
1. Intake Form submitted
2. Intake Form approved by CMW
3. Medications are purchased
4. Delivery form submitted
I’M WORRIED ABOUT THE MEDS SITTING OUTSIDE IN THE HEAT…
- The meds are stable at 104° for 7 days, so you DO NOT need to be home when they are delivered.
- The meds are delivered in an insulated box with ice packs.
I’M A NEW PATIENT. WILL MY FREE B12 BE INCLUDED IN MY ORDER?
Because the meds are shipped directly from the pharmacy, we CAN NOT include the free B12 or NAD that comes with new patient purchases, but you have 2 options…
- You (or any adult) can pick up your FREE items at our Mesa location.
- You can pay to add 1 month of B12 to your order, but get 10 weeks for the price of 4 weeks.
(10-week vial of B12 for $35)
This option only applies to FREE B12.
NAD edibles CAN NOT be combined with GLP-1 orders because they come from differenct compounding pharmacies
WHAT IF I WANT TO ADD OTHER MEDS TO MY ORDER?
In addition to B12 injections, as long as the compounding pharmacy offers it, this med can possibly be combined with your shipment.

WHERE CAN MY MEDS BE SHIPPED?
Your meds can be shipped anywhere in Arizona or Utah for free.
