HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DELIVER?
Delivery can take up to 5 BUSINESS days to arrive.
**5 business days is NOT the SAME as 5 calendar days*
Your order WILL NOT be shipped until these 5 steps are completed:
1. Intake Form submitted
2. Intake Form approved by CMW
3. Meds are purchased
4. $20 delivery fee is purchased
5. Delivery form submitted with address to ship the meds to
I’m worried about the meds sitting outside in the heat…
The meds are stable at 104° for 7 days, so you DO NOT need to be home when they are delivered.
The meds are delivered in an insulated box with ice packs
I’m a new patient, will my B12 be included in my order?
Because the medications are shipped directly from the pharmacy, we CAN NOT include the free B12 pack that comes with new patient purchases but you (or any adult) can pick up the B12 at our Gilbert location OR you can add the B12/Lipo to your shipment order:
- 10 week vial of LipoMax 5 for $100
- 10 week vial of B12 for $60
