$249 DOES NOT include lab work.  A blood draw order can be called in to RUPA, & then it is the patient’s responsibility to pay for the blood draw & set up the blood draw appointment.

• To get started with TRT, you’ll need lab work showing your hormone levels within the last 3 months.
• If you need lab work done, we can arrange a blood draw through Rupa at the patient’s expense (generally $60-$80)
• Once we have the lab results, you may schedule an online consultation with Dr. Manchak
• The doctor will then prescribe you testosterone and arrange for it to be mailed to your house.
• Because testosterone is a controlled substance, an online Doctor consultation is needed EVERY 3 months for EACH TRT refill
