HOW DELIVERY WORKS:

Delivery MAY take UP TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive.

*7 business days is NOT the SAME as 7 calendar days

Your order WILL NOT be shipped until these 5 steps are completed:

1. Medical History Form submitted
2. Med History Form approved by CMW Doctor
3. Meds are purchased
4. $20 Delivery Fee is purchased
5. Delivery Form is submitted

FAQ’s

1. The meds are delivered in an insulated box with ice packs
2. The meds DO NOT require a signature upon delivery unless you request that beforehand
3. The meds are stable at 104° for 7 days, so you DO NOT need to be home when they are delivered.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE SHIPMENT?

• Vial of Semaglutide or Tirzepatide
• Syringes.
• You can add a 10-week vial of LipoMax 5 for $100, OR 10 10-week vial of B12 for $50

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPMENT?

Because the meds are shipped directly from the pharmacy, the B12 WILL NOT be included.
(B12 is only provided to New Patients on their 1st purchase)

If you are a new patient & want the B12 that is owed to you, you can always pick it up in Gilbert at your convenience, but have your Semaglutide/Tirzepatide meds shipped so you can get started faster

Also, any adult can pick up your B12 and/or your Semaglutide/Tirzepatide if you are unable to come pick up in person
