Blood Work
Recent hormone labs within the last 3 months are required. If you do not have recent labs, we can order them for you.
Option 1: Use Insurance
We can place a lab order with Sonora Quest so you can use insurance if eligible. You will schedule directly with them, complete your labs, then book your online consultation once results are available.
Option 2: Cash Pay Blood Draw
You can book an in-office blood draw with us for $10. Labs are sent to Rupa, with results typically returned within 48 business hours.
Initial labs are usually around $120. Follow-up labs are typically $60–$90.
Once results are ready, you can schedule your online consultation with our provider.

Step 1: Refill Form
This TRT refill form must be completed for EACH prescription refill
Step 2: Purchase TRT REFILL
Testosterone is a controlled substance, so a 10-minute online provider consultation and updated lab work are required before each refill.
Lab results must be available prior to the consult so the provider can review progress and determine if dose adjustments are needed.
This program includes a 90-day supply of medication, all required supplies, and the provider consultation, with everything mailed to your home. Blood work is not included.
The $249 price covers the doctor consult for each 90-day refill.
Step 3. Get Labs Drawn
For every testosterone refill, updated blood work is required along with a brief 10-minute online consultation with one of our providers.
Your lab results must be available before the consult so the provider can review how things are going and determine whether any dose adjustments are needed before your refill is approved.
You have two options for labs:
• Insurance: We can place a lab order so you can complete blood work through insurance.
• Cash Pay: You may book an in-office blood draw with us for $10, and we will send your labs out for processing through labs range from $80-$120
Once labs are completed and results are in, you can schedule your consult and proceed with your refill.
Step 4: Online Consult
*Do not book your online consult until after your lab work has been received by our office
