Joseph Manchak
Combat Medic Wellness was founded by Joseph, an Army Combat Medic who aims to enhance individuals’ physical well-being. Drawing on his unique military medical background, Joseph is uniquely qualified to help people lose weight, recover from injuries, and improve their daily performance.
Nicole Manchak, DNP, FNP-C
Dr. Manchak has over 20 years of experience as a nurse with experience in the ICU, ED, and home health. She graduated from ASU Edson College of Nursing with a doctor of nursing practice in 2022. She works for Combat Medic Wellness as the medical director, and at Renew Health in Phoenix in pain and concussion management. She has always enjoyed working in health care and helping people to live healthier lives.
