FAQs

How often should I get B12 injections?
For most patients, weekly or bi-weekly B12 injections provide the best results. After an initial loading phase, some patients maintain with monthly injections. Our team will recommend a schedule based on your specific goals & labs.
What is in a lipotropic (Lipo) shot?
Our Lipo shots contain a MIC blend — Methionine, Inositol, & Choline — plus Vitamin B12. These compounds work together to break down fat in the liver, support metabolism, & boost energy. They work especially well when combined with GLP-1 medications.
How long does a NAD+ session take?
NAD+ infusions typically take 2–4 hours depending on dosage. We administer them at a slow, comfortable pace at our Mesa clinic. Many patients read, work on their laptop, or simply relax during their session.
Are there side effects?
B12 & Lipo injections have very few side effects — mild redness at the injection site is the most common. NAD+ infusions can occasionally cause mild nausea, flushing, or lightheadedness if administered too quickly, which is why we always go slow & monitor you throughout.
Can I combine these with GLP-1 weight loss therapy?
Absolutely — in fact, we highly recommend it. Lipo shots & B12 are an excellent complement to Semaglutide & Tirzepatide. They help maintain energy levels, support metabolism, & enhance your overall results while on a GLP-1 program.
Do I need a prescription for these injections?
B12 & Lipo injections are administered by our clinical team & do not require a prior prescription from an outside provider. NAD+ is also administered in-clinic. Our board-certified providers oversee all treatments. Just book an appointment & we’ll handle the rest.
